Reporting
Tracking and reporting can be greatly enhanced by moving your training records management to a learning management system. ECampus LMS allows training and HR managers to understand which employees are undertaking training, how they are performing and where training and performance could be improved.
ECampus’ intuitive reporting features allow you to understand training results at an employee, module, course, location, competency, skill, department and organisation level. Reports include scores and assessment results, time in the course and you can drill down into every mouse click each student makes.
All reports can be downloaded in Microsoft Excel. Reported information can also be gathered from other systems via ECampus’ flexible XML API.

Off-line Courses and Prior Learning
ECampus LMS allows you to record off-line training, outsourced training, and record and manage employee training history even if training was undertaken before joining the organisation.
ECampus LMS also allows you to retain records of certificates and licences of each employee for learning activities undertaken outside of the LMS. These training records will be displayed in the employee’s transcripts and training records.
Content Delivery
ECampus LMS manages the process of assigning users to courses and aims to minimise the amount of time taken ensuring employees are undertaking the correct training.
Along with being able to assign courses to individual employees, courses can also be allocated by job role, location and certification and compliance requirements. By assigning an employee to a job role or location, ECampus LMS automatically determines which course an employee needs to undertake and assigns them to one. Course assignments can be manually adjusted to meet the training requirements of individual employees.

Certification Renewals
Many New Zealand and Australian workplace laws require organisations to ensure employees have undertaken specific training as well as refreshers in order to work in certain environments and situations. ECampus LMS will automatically notify employees of upcoming recertification and retraining requirements as well as notify training administrators, HR managers and supervisors if the training requirements are not met within the allotted time frame.
Course Library
ECampus has partnered with Australasia's leading training organisations to provide a library of courses designed to meet the training requirements of New Zealand and Australian organisations. Courses can be easily loaded and edited to meet your needs within the ECampus platform.
Searching
ECampus’ sophisticated search feature allows you to find employees who meet certain criteria. For example, you could search for an electrician with confined spaces training at a particular location to fill an immediate position vacancy.

Elearning Standards
ECampus supports the SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 standard and has an in-depth knowledge of working with third party content of these formats to ensure it works within your system.
Data Portability
All your learning data is downloadable via Microsoft Excel or other systems via our XML API at any time. Any course material created can be downloaded to your own system. ECampus is committed to making all your data available to you when you need it and making it simple to work with.
Skills Gap Analysis
Skills gaps tests can be assigned to individual employees, job roles, departments and locations. By utilising skills gap testing, an organisation can make sure the appropriate training is delivered where required, whilst reducing downtime for unnecessary training.
